Her extensive background in developing, engaging, and retaining talent reflects her deep commitment to fostering inclusive environments where everyone is valued. This aligns seamlessly with the mission of ensuring equitable access to health and wellness resources for diverse communities. Beyond her core professional experience, Diane has been instrumental in advising leadership teams on DEI initiatives, ensuring organizations benefit from a holistic approach to equity and representation.
More recently Diane has taken her collective project management and client services skills to forge her own new ventures in real estate and retail venture. Further highlighting her commitment to fostering inclusivity, Diane recently launched the "All Included" podcast. A podcast dedicated to diving into important and challenging equity and inclusion topics. This venture hints at her ability to engage with modern platforms to promote equity and inclusion.
